Pro Star Aviation was founded by five highly experienced and respected industry experts who formed a partnership that understood the importance of providing quality customer service for corporate aircraft operators. In addition to the partners, the company started with a handful of multi-talented and knowledgeable employees whose average industry experience was more than 15 years. The company's current facilities include a 17,000sq ft hanger with 4,000sq ft of shop and office space as well as a 3,500sq ft office building at Manchester Airport NH (KMHT).
Engineering has always been a focal point of Pro Star Aviation's installation business. Starting with one in house engineer, we have expanded to five engineers. Our Chief Engineer is a Designated Engineering Representative for the FAA and holds both Flight Test Analyst and Systems/Equipment authorizations. The engineering department provides custom electrical and structural drawings and develops the FAA approval packages necessary to accomplish the avionics installation projects in an efficient and cost effective manner. In a nine year span alone, Pro Star Aviation's Engineering Staff has been awarded over 35 STC's ranging from TCAS, FMS, Satcom, HSD, Satellite TV, EGPWS and EFIS systems on all sizes of corporate aircraft. Our STC's have been assimilated into many foreign countries and are sold all over the world.
In addition to the expertise that our avionics installation and repair departments have, we pride ourselves with a comprehensive maintenance staff which has extensive experience with major inspections and repairs. Pro Star Aviation is a factory authorized Service center for the Hawker, King Air, Premier and Beechjet aircraft as well as servicing Cessna Citation 650's, 560's, 550's and 525's as part of our 145 repair station. Our attention to detail and customer requirements has gained Pro Star Aviation a reputation for cost effective and quality maintenance.
In 2004 Pro Star Aviation became the only authorized TFE-731 Engine Line
Maintenance facility in Northern New England offering regional support to
midsize jet customers in the Boston area.
