Kevin Harriman is the Managing Partner at Pro Star Aviation, leading the operations team, driving business growth and team development. In 1977, Kevin joined the United States Air Force where he served as an Avionics Technician. From there, he worked at Lockheed California Co. on the P-3 Field Modification Team after which he returned to New Hampshire to work at Stead Aviation where he performed various roles over the next 11 years.
When Stead Aviation closed in 1998, Kevin was one of five partners with a vision to establish a new company aimed at providing exceptional avionics and maintenance service to business aircraft throughout the Northeast. From this, Pro Star Aviation, LLC, was formed – which today has grown to occupy a premier state-of-the-art facility and continues to provide exceptional service to its customer base throughout the United States.
Jesse Laughlin is the Vice President at Pro Star Aviation, where he supports operational leadership and drives strategic growth initiatives across the organization.
He began his aviation career as an FAA Certified Flight Instructor at Beverly Flight Center from 2018 to 2019. He then served as a Corporate Pilot with Altius Aviation from 2019 to 2022.
In 2020, Jesse joined Northeast Air, where he advanced through the organization and was named President in June 2024. In that role, he led company operations and continued to strengthen Northeat Air’s reputation for service and reliability.
A graduate of Bates College, Jesse holds a Commercial Pilot certificate. He grew up in Colorado and now resides in Maine with his family.
Sean Peterson is the General Manager at Pro Star Aviation, leading the execution of the company’s strategy and growth. Sean’s passion for aviation spans over two decades. Prior to arriving at Pro Star Aviation, Sean worked for Bombardier Business Aviation Services and Embraer Executive Jets. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Massachusetts Business Aviation Association (MBAA) and the Aviation Advisory Board for Westfield Technical Academy. He also holds an FAA Repairman; Airframe & Powerplant certificate and has accumulated years of practical experience.
