For the 11th year in a row, Pilatus has achieved #1 turboprop ranking in North America for customer service as stated in the 2012 Product Support Survey published in Professional Pilot magazine. 

Pro Star Pilatus Center was rated #1 with the highest overall scores in North America and #2 internationally.

Contributing to Pro Star Aviation’s #1 rating included highest marks in survey responses to; Company Response Time, Spares Availability, Speed in AOG Service, and Service Satisfaction.
