If you are seeking an opportunity to practice the highest level of diligence in meeting the needs of each customer and each aircraft you serve, then we invite you to learn more about our company, leadership team, and core values. We invite you to work with us.
As a regional, industry leader in aircraft maintenance, certification, modification, and special missions aircraft, we take pride in fostering a climate of professional excellence and personal respect. We believe that employees thrive when they have opportunities to excel, and the flexibility to achieve a true work/life balance. We reward excellence; and have practiced quarterly profit-sharing since our inception. New employees join a workplace community where their skills and contributions are recognized.
Most of our team members have been with Pro Star for a decade or longer, owing to our high standards and “family first” culture. All the people who hold leadership positions in our company — each manager, each director — started their careers working on a hangar floor. As a result, every Pro Star leader is a technician, a pilot, or both. We understand our responsibilities to our staff and our clients in a uniquely qualified and professional way.
