(Londonderry, NH) July 12, 2023 – Pro Star Aviation, an innovative aerospace modification center, announced today that they delivered a 120-month airframe inspection on an Embraer Phenom 300, within budget and exceeding the customers’ expectations.

The 120-month inspection is a significant maintenance milestone for the light business jet, which includes the landing gear overhaul.  This aircraft required the engines to undergo a “Low Utilization” Inspection, including borescopes, compressor washes, and performance runs.  With extensive Pratt & Whitney training and knowledge, Pro Star’s AMT’s accomplished the inspection in-house versus contracting a Pratt & Whitney mobile repair team, saving the customer thousands of dollars.  In addition, the team modified the aircraft with Whelen Engineering Boom Beam HID taxi and landing lights and Concorde Dual Lead Acid Batteries utilizing STC’s for both modifications.
