The award is presented to organizations with 100% of their workforce participating in mandatory training courses focusing on aviation maintenance accidents and incidents, causal factors, and an emphasis on regulatory issues.

The Diamond Award is the highest level of recognition presented by the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) Aviation Maintenance Technician (AMT) Awards Program.
